At PicturyAI, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee subject to specific conditions outlined below. By purchasing or using our service, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund terms:

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

  • Your uploaded samples must meet our guidelines and the output quality must still be unsatisfactory
  • You must have only trained one model and applied a single style pack
  • You must not have used any prompt studio credits
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 7 days of your purchase

To request a refund under our money-back guarantee, please email support@picturyai.com with your order details and reason for dissatisfaction.

Upload Guidelines

For your uploaded samples to qualify for our refund policy, they must meet these guidelines:

  • 10-20 clear, well-lit images
  • No multiple people in images (one person per image only)
  • No sunglasses or accessories that significantly cover the face
  • Include a variety of angles (frontal and profile views)
  • Minimal distracting backgrounds
  • Consistent image quality and resolution (minimum 512x512 pixels)

If your uploaded samples do not meet these guidelines, you may not be eligible for a refund under our guarantee.

Faulty Creations Outside Guarantee Period

If you're outside the 7-day refund period but believe your generation is faulty, you may report it for review. We will investigate whether the issue stems from a technical error on our side.

If a technical fault is confirmed, we may offer:

  • For issues with model training: One model credit
  • For issues with generating images from existing models: One generation credit

Delivery Time Exceptions

The average model training time is 30-60 minutes, and generation time is 1-2 minutes per set. During periods of high demand, this may extend up to 3 hours. You will receive an email notification once your output is ready. If delivery exceeds 24 hours, you are eligible for a credit compensation or refund upon request.

Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, you will not be eligible for any refunds. Any remaining credits, models, or output data associated with your account will also be terminated.
